I’m afraid my puppy might have breathing problems. Can someone tell me what it might be?

She was fine yesterday, but this morning, when she was sleeping, she was breathing very heavily. Later, after she had drunk some water, she started coughing. Then she laid down on her mat, and dry heaved 2 times. Is this just something puppies do, or is there something wrong?

there is something wrong because a healthy puppy will not breathe hard for no reason or have any of the other symptoms you were talking about. Get her to the vet tomorrow and if she is having a lot of trouble breathing today for no reason get her to an emergency vet then and there.
